"I wanted to stick with this brand, but the return process was frustrating"
I’ve bought from this brand before and wanted to stay loyal, so it was disappointing how messy the return process ended up being. I was hoping for some help with an exchange, but there really wasn’t any support or clear guidance. It left me feeling stuck and kind of unsure about ordering again

I messaged customer service about my order and just never got a response. waited a few days, sent another email, and still nothing back. really annoying and Not helpful at all.

"Disappointed after just a couple washes"
I was excited when I first got this because it looked really nice, and I remember putting it on thinking it might become one of my favorites. But after only two washes, the print started cracking, and the embroidery threads were already coming loose. It was disappointing, especially because I’d barely had a chance to enjoy it.

It looks fine, I guess, but I just don’t think it’s worth what I paid. The quality really doesn’t feel like it matches the price, the more I look at it, the more it feels overpriced. It’s not terrible, but for the cost, I expected better. Definitely feels like I paid too much for what I got.

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
I ordered from Herencia Clothing and the clothes were fine overall, but the shipping was slower than I was hoping. The tracking barely updated for a few days, so I kept having to check it over and over, which felt like extra work I really didn’t want to deal with.
The package did show up eventually and everything was in good condition, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish the delivery was quicker or that they gave better updates so customers aren’t left guessing.

"Refund turned into a whole headache"
I asked for a refund thinking it would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more hassle than it needed to be. Responses took forever, and I kept getting told to just wait, even though nothing seemed to happen unless I followed up again. At first I was trying to be patient—then suddenly I was just annoyed, like, how is this still not sorted? it didn’t feel very fair in the end, and I wouldn’t order from them again after dealing with that

My order did end up arriving, but from my side the tracking was slow to update. For a few days I wasn’t sure where the package was, which made it a bit frustrating. Customer service did get back to me after a little while, so it wasn’t a terrible experience overall. I just think the tracking info could be clearer.

I ordered from herenciaclothing.com and the delivery was just not reliable. The tracking barely updated, barely gave me anything useful, and my package showed up way later than I expected. I kept waiting and waiting, but it really felt like nobody knew where it was. The clothes might be fine, but I don’t want to deal with that kind of delivery stress again. I’m not ordering from here next time.

"I gave the clothes a look because..."
I gave the clothes a look because I was hoping to find something a little more fresh and fun, but they just didn’t really grab me. A lot of the designs felt plain, and a few pieces reminded me of styles that are a bit outdated. I kept scrolling thinking maybe something would stand out, but it all felt kind of basic to me. Not bad, just not my taste.

The box arrived crushed, and when I opened it, the clothes had a dusty smell to them. It didn’t feel like they were packed or handled very carefully. i wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering this again unless the packaging improves
